*My plan is to make more adventure trips like I did with the Tercel. Buy a cool old car and drive it home on an awesome cross country trip. Sell. Repeat. *With the funds I’ll be able to play around with the ideas of making TunaCan great again. We have a 22r that’s ready to go but we could maybe do a TDI swap… *I’m sure you guys will be sad to see the Tercel go so quick but it would hurt me to abuse the ol Tercel like I would plan to on the next old Toyota…
We had a Tercel. Bought it from my parents, who bought it new. It made a roaring sound at about 60mph and higher. Gave it away later to a mechanic. He said the flywheel was coming apart. He fixed it and idk what its final disposition was. Great little car with uncomfortable seats.
Personally, I like trip videos over several days and would love to see more! A build would be cool, but sometimes I feel they get outta hand. Maybe a budget build to see what it can do? Budget build then road trip?
rollin on the 13's! my tercel wagons were my favorite cars ever. one got stolen, that really sucked, the other rusted out and i gave it to another tercel enthusiast.
Already selling? A lot of missed opportunity with content. Getting the car prepared and fully ready for a long trip would have made several videos. Look at junkyard digs content. If you are going for the easy drive and talk content you’re gonna max out on subscribers.
@ guaranteed? Nothing in this life is guaranteed. That’s why you gotta man up and work your ass off. Trying to go the easy route and drive and talk will only build a channel so far.

I see a lot of the exterior and interior design language inspiration I enjoy every day in my 22 year old Pontiac Vibe. 😁
Are you going to post the ad for it so we have a chance to purchase it ?
I had one of these in the 90s and loved it. Same color as well.

Love this channel and your passion about family and the outdoors!! Timmy C Arizona
I'll be sad to see the Tercel go...but I'm sure your next build will be amazing ...you know a Toyota Stout may be in your near future, JS.
I love the content of buying a used car and driving it cross country back home. I love Roadkill and Vice Grips Garage. Saludos desde Edinburg.

I bought an 87 Corolla FX in 88, awesome reliable 5 spd hatchback w/A/C.
Really sorry to see the Tercel go. My vote for the next one is Previa, Camry Wagon with Alltrac or FJ40, FJ60.

Bro, unfortunate news. What even sucks more is that it took 2 days for RUclips to notify me you had a new video up… Are you posting on X?
Awesome to find you I’m from McAllen 🤙
Find another unique Toyota. Baseline it, get on a trip and share your trip with us.
