Huh, I have almost all of that at home and nothing to do tomorrow. I think I'll give it a try, you can't go wrong with strawberries and cream anyways. Though I think I'll might use mint or almond extract instead of vanilla
I figured out a way to make pastry easier. I make sure the block of butter is really cold and I use the grater, hold it over the flour and grate the butter, pausing to mix it into the flour. Now I no longer have great lumps of butter of uneven sizes. I can hardly wait to try this flan.
