@@SoBor911 Sure they do. Its almost no problem for gov sponsored athletes there to switch nationalities to one of former Russian Republics. Remember that all sanctions are for poor people.
@@hagestad It takes several years to change citizenship passports. Also, most of these athletes remain loyal to the Federation... for now. A certain Ramil Guliyev (originally from Azerbaijan) took 5 years to finally compete for Turkey. Most of these gals will be past their prime age by the time they can compete internationally whether for Russia or whatever country they decide to switch citizenship to.
