- I had the honour of chatting to ultra-distance record-breaker and bikepacker extraordinaire Lael Wilcox, about the work she's doing to encourage women and girls to discover the joy of bikepacking.
We talk about all sorts of things, from her upcoming GRIT (Girls Riding Into Tomorrow) initiative in Tucson, Arizona, to the next instalment of her women's rallies in collaboration with Komoot, and being an LGBTQ+ role model in cycling.

Awesome conversation! With regards to the flying question, one thing you can do if flying feels unavoidable, is to compensate for the negative effects through donating to reputable nature conservation programs. For example donating 10-20 % of the flight price to nature conservation.
