I had taken my car to this wash recently. Presoak was super weak, Barely covered the car. The carwash also gave me no spot free rinse!, It ended off with the high pressure rinse!lMachine definitely needs to be looked at. Looks like it did a much better job to your vehicle and the machine was working better than it is now. (I had gotten the top wash).
