WRC+ from 2021 was faster. They were ligher, aero was stronger, suspension travel was higher, only the amount of power was slighty smaller (around 380 HP). Also: at that time we could also watch Citroen in top class, so we had four, not three manufactures. But still, you are right that right now, starting from ~2019 we have the fasters WRC cars in whole history
