Hi Roscoe! I’m a big Fujii Kaze fan and have been binging your reaction vids to him haha. I’m a massive music nerd and absolutely adore him as a musician and artist, I think his songs are so unique and thought out. I don’t know much about film so seeing your commentary on his music videos made me realize things I never noticed before and took my appreciation to a whole new level 🫶🏻. The garbage collector in this video is connected to Garbage Man Kaze played in "Workin' Hard"', although Kaze is a bum here, a bum like a "Fool on the Hill" watching the world from the distance. Insanity is being swallowed by the crowd feeling lonely, perplexed, and num. Even in this chaotic world, we can feel the warmth through the dog's eyes. I love Kaze. I have been a fan only for two years. Apparently, he's been posting his videos on RUclips ever since his early teens. You can still watch them on his channel. I feel like if you like Fujii Kaze, you'll also like Kenshi Yonezu. He started off with vocaloid music and created a ton of hit songs, and moved on to using his own voice. He has a lot of incredible music, and he was recently picked to do the song for FInal Fantasy 16. His opening for the anime Chainsaw Man is also insanely catchy. My favorite MV is for his Kanden song! I hope you find some time to look him up.
This is one of the few songs of his that really didn’t grab me as much as all the other ones. I enjoy it but honestly the chorus dragged it down a bit for me. Still a nice song though.
