It was as long time ago. My favourite bit was when he used to get a lady out of the audience to sample his cooking at the end.
Jan you are best to have D3+K2, as you have only bought D3 you can get K2 separately but I think it’s zinc with K2. I always compare Amazon’s prices with eBay as they are sometimes a bit cheaper. Also try probiotics with prebiotics for your stomach IBS. 300 billion strain is the best, I take them 3 times per day, they are not cheap but they definitely help with tummy pain.

As a kid, I never gave it a thought to turn my nose up at what my mother prepared to eat!! Kids these days…🙄
It's true. Anything I didn't like was taken away never to be seen again. No different offerings. I would go to bed hungry. I soon learned to eat what was on my plate. Some Mums today offer to cook their kids something else.

Hows your knee after tripping up?
I fell down the stairs, well, landed on posterior then preceeded to slide down on my right side down 3 of the steps. Even with carpet, boy its been really painfull.
Just resting on sofa, doing crochet and enjoying your stories love it ❤.
