Jiavani Linayao's story about coming out via stand-up would make such an excellent pilot episode for a dramedy or maybe the climax for act two of a movie.
This is my favorite podcast to listen to. It got me through a lot of long car rides home and back to college. Now, it's great to listen to when in doing yard work or on Sundays when I'm trying to drown out my grandma's tv preachers.😂
I feel like I need to clarify, since Jiavani spoke about learning about bisexuality and then she started going by pansexuality once she started dating trans and nb people - bisexuality includes trans and nb people, trans obviously because trans men are men and trans women are women, and nb people are trans - and bisexuality has always always always included non-binary people. Non-binary people often are bisexual themselves.
Omfffggg the chat about gay day at Disney world brought back a memory I literally suppressed until now!!!! I was soooo into this girl I was around at disney and my brain fucking jumped through hoops like an Olympic floor work performance to convince myself that I wasn't into it. I was 14. Shiit
Peace be upon you, as a fellow human beings I just want to say that:- 1. Humanity is about we bring ourselves to loves someone else, no matter what color, no matter what race, no matter what religion, and no matter what gender. Humanity just want us to be loved, and to be able to love somebody back. 2. When you get yourself to God, He doesn’t judge you by your sexuality, He judges you by what type of individual you are. 3. And in God's eyes kindness and love are what it’s all about.
this is a late reply, but sometimes (if possible) making it causal with jokes can be less terrifying for you. Also know that there’s lots of support out there especially with the trevor project and such!! Maybe look for those resources first?
What about all the cases of people who used to live a homosexual life and were unhappy in it, sought Christian help, and who now are happily married to an opposite sex partner and have children? I've met ex-gays at my church.
Some of those folks might be in denial and some might just be attracted to both sexes. And homosexuality doesn't have to be antagonistic to Christianity. As far I know, it's only the old Testament and American Pentocostalists that make an issue of it. Edit: I really should add that it's Evangelical and Pentacostalists everywhere, it's just been politicized weirdly here in America.
They're not "ex-gays" either they were bi the whole time or are just suppressing who they really are; its impossible to chanhe your sexuality(well, at least not in the way you're describing) And often they can still have good relationships with their opposite sex partner even if they are gay, but it wont have a healthy romantic or sexual side to it.
@@Hellooo134 what I don't understand is that I see so many people say that sexuality is something fluid, but when someone has same sex attractions, suddenly it's immutable. I don't buy it.

They're probably bi people who are on denial
Or they're just gay and being miserable.
