Philadelphia, PA. I listen every night when I go to bed. It usually takes 3-4 night to finish one episode because I fall asleep
I had to rewind this episode at least a half dozen of times, but once I got to the 3rd act I was invested enough in how Herman's journey ends.

01-31-24. A very good evening to everyone who is listening to tonight’s show ! I’m listening from Southern Ontario, Canada 43* N. Should be another good one, with Ralph Bell as well, Evie Juster and Mandel Kramer. Another day in our sunless abyss, however I did get to see the sun for a couple of hours yesterday. Have at least started decluttering the house - it’s time after 23 years in one house. I’ve moved 27 times so far (not all my decisions), and it’s been lovely living in one house for so long! A last piece of Apfle Kuchen and a cold glass of milk - hope all are sitting, or reclining comfortably as we listen to our bed-time story. Sir Edge is always the ticket, and having a snack makes it sweeter ! Have a pleasant sleep everyone and take care ! 🙏❤🫠 Another month closer to Spring !!

Yes, thank you. I saw my dr. Today. He’s had to up my thyroid med quite a bit, which had been the reason for a lot of what was going on. It’s called Hashimoto’ thyroid. A higher dose should reduce the thyroid “ goitre” I was growing, sluggish appetite, sleeping up to 18 hr per day., severe brain fog, and hair loss and feeling like I was freezing all the time - my teeth could be heard chattering ! I should get back to my normal mess in a few weeks. He said I was very anemic, and my blood oxidation was very low for oxygen, hence all the sleeping. But the tide has turned I hope. Thank you and everyone for your concern. Of course just getting a bag or two of blood as an “ infusion” isn’t the whole story, he doesn’t know why I’m not making enough red blood cells. He said I had a very bad nasal infection ( they finally did a CAT scan, and it showed a very infiltrated infection. So he’s making an appt for me with an EENT specialist. And I need to see a rheumatologist for a defined set of testing, and will have to start on something to help with the pain from the relapsing polychondritis. He said that basically my body is attacking itself, so these are two more autoimmune disorders I have to learn to deal with. I als have been having trouble with an agioma, and they need to do a biopsy to see if it is cancerous. I have been trying to tell my dr about all these things. I have always been neglected and told I’m fine.ill keep you posted my friend. Thank you for your kind thoughts, my friend. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. 🙏❤🫠@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc
So sorry to hear that. There are so many coastal areas around the contiguous U.S. tha have or will have loss of land, and end up under water permanently. I watched a couple of shows recently that dealt with tha issue. Take care dear., 🙏❤@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc
