No I think you've a misunderstanding here, I u get good rank u can get seat in gen category priority or if u didn't u still have reserved seats for sc category! The gen category seat is not only for general, it's for all categories!

If someone is eligible for PCI's scholarship (assume rank 1000 in general for this year), And do not apply for any college this year as the marksheet is valid for 3 years. Will they get scholarship next year if they apply using old marksheet? Or it will depend on next years budget and next year's rank pattern?
