i love Matt, he keeps it real to a fault, but he’s wrong about Jayden Daniels being the starter and being what Brian Kelly wants. Does BK love dual threat guys? absolutely, but being dual threat means you have to be able to throw well enough and jayden daniels struggles with that. he’s great with his feet but when one of the strengths of your team is the wide receivers then you have to be able to get those guys the ball, and JD seems to struggle with that. there’s times where he makes good throws but he’s not consistent enough with it and my fear is guys are going to get sick of the read option and qb draw plays that guys are gunna transfer out because of that. even though he isn’t the long term answer but it’s the era of college football we are in. so matt is dead wrong in that since

He's completed 62.4% of his passes in college. He had a 2.5% turnover worthy play rate last year, according to PFF so he was essentially, unlucky. When he had elite playmakers (Aiyuk/Eno Benjamin) in 2019, he got them the ball and he had his best year.
The playbook will be built, or should be built, around the strengths of your starting QB. If Nuss is playing, there won't be as many designed runs for the QB. That would be a silly outlook and reason for someone to leave. If you think for a second, a guy who has won as many FB games as Brian Kelly, will not be trying to get the ball to Boutte, Nabers, Bech, etc. you are crazy. He throws a good ball, if you have actually watched any of his game film.

I think you may be underestimating the FSU game a bit. I agree that LSU has a more talented roster, but FSU has given Brian Kelly headaches the last two years. And were extremely close to beating a ND team last year that is objectively more talented than this LSU team. If Jordan Travis continues to develop, he will be a major problem for the tigers. LSU has the edge on the DL, but FSU’s is not one to be taken lightly and I’d give the edge to FSU’s OL given all the new bodies they’ve brought in. Regardless, it will be a low scoring defense focused game.

Jimbo left Florida State because he ran that once great and storied football program into the ground and it still hasn't been able to recover yet. Let's be honest, had Scott Woodward not rescued Jimbo from Florida State when he did, Jimbo would have fired with cause for destroying the Florida State football program. First off, your facts are off. LSU lost 6 games by a total of 61 points last year (an average of 10 points per game), the largest deficit being 21 points. LSU lost by 11, 5, 21, 14, 7, and 3 points. 5 of those losses were to teams in the top 25. I won't count LSU's bowl game because LSU played with about 35 scholarship players and had to use a WR at QB. In contrast, FSU lost 7 games by a total of 62 points (an average of 8.8 points), none of those losses coming against ranked opponents. So where are all these LSU blowout losses you speak of? Trust me, LSU fans are NOT underestimating this game. But get your facts straight. Since LSU and FSU had similar records last year, does that mean FSU fans are underestimating this game as well?

max started at lsu because Myles got hurt lol Myles won the job in 20 and 21 And that blm bs is the biggest reason lsu was 500 two years in a row , ED lost the locker room because when asked right after the trip to the White House if he liked trump Ed had nice things to say about trump, what a lot of people don’t know about lsu and Louisiana especially the New Orleans area is that it’s insanely political, I believe it was a big reason nick saban left and it’s a big reason max left, those players that protested that day caused a ton of problems in that locker room and a lot of players were offended by it and I don’t blame them, what happen at lsu wasn’t all Coach o fault but lsu gave him around 17 million reasons to take all the responsibility because the truth wouldn’t be good for lsu and recruiting, that was a bad situation, and some people wonder if outside forces didn’t have some thing to do with it because say what you want about o , but he recruited his big behind off lol nobody was coming into Louisiana and helping themselves to the talent, o put a stop to all that and some people didn’t like lol

Also the WR depth is not that great and they don’t have a true 20-30 carry RB at aTm.

I’m gonna say this one time and y’all can believe what you want. I know 1000% what the truth is and no one well at least no one who’s allowed to speak is saying anything. The truth is Coach Kelly is a genius and he’s not allowing media to see anything true! Understand what I said he blocked media out only allowed at certain times, once allowed he changes up who runs with first team why cause he don’t want to show what this team is doing!
He don’t want teams to have any footage he don’t want anyone putting things out that gets teams looking at lsu he wants us to be underdogs. With that said my best friend is on the staff at lsu I know 10000% what’s being said by all the media about QB races is garbage ! Complete trash! Baring injury I’m telling you 100% Myles is taking that first snap against FSU! Now believe what you want think what you want say what you want I’m telling you it’s a genius troll move by coach Kelly !
Now with that said Daniels will see the field of course he will they will be sets just for JD ! But Myles is QB1 and he’s on fire 🔥 he’s accurate he’s smart he was on pace through the 3 games he started to shatter every record ! He holds the record in the history of lsu football through three games that includes the phenomenal burrow run in 2019 ! Think about that !
Myles will be QB1 now that’s it not arguing no more not saying it no more i just get sick of this jumping on Myles trash fans do we done it to Johnson we have bad fans in our base and we set these narratives that are not true and it’s starting already with media pushing Myles out.

Congratulations guys, your guest, Matt Moscona, is not only the least popular radio sports hosts in Baton Rouge and in Louisiana, but he is also easily the least intelligent radio sports hosts in Baton Rouge by a mile at the same time. Which is why he advocates the worse passer in NCAA college football today, Jayden Daniels, be named the starter at QB for LSU. Especially when LSU's biggest strength is their wide receiver room.
I mean, if Brian Kelly was going to name Jayden Daniels, who only completed three passes in the spring game and who notoriously threw a ton of picks throughout all 15 spring practices the starter at QB, then he may as well tell the wide receiver room to take a one year sabbatical. Because all Daniels does is drop back to pass before he takes off like a bat out of hell running the ball because he is a run first pass later QB. And when he does throw the ball, he is terribly inaccurate.
But Moscona loves Jayden Daniels' 29 games of experience. However, when you put Jayden Daniels' 29 games of experience under the microscope of scrutiny, it reveals that Jayden Daniels has done nothing but steadily regress each and every year he has been a college football QB.
I mean, the guy threw for only 10 touchdowns with 10 interceptions last year. Moreover, even in Jayden Daniels' best season, which was his freshman season and in which is the season Matt Moscona always brags about, Jayden Daniels' threw for only 17 touchdowns and in which would put him dead last in the SEC by a super wide margin.
Indeed, Jayden Daniels is definitely not an SEC caliber QB and he is definitely not an NFL prospect. Nonetheless, leave it to Matt Moscona to champion for Jayden Daniels to be named the starter at LSU. As that is so par for the course for that mega ignoramus Matt Moscona.
Meanwhile, Max Johnson transferred as soon as the regular season ended last year because he knew it was inevitable that he'd lose his starting job to Garrett Nussmeier in 2022 and with it, his opportunity to make it to the NFL.
As A&M's Haynes King isn't close to being in the same league with Garrett Nussmeier who is a future first rounder with elite arm talent and who, by the way, will inevitably be named the starting QB in fall camp. Not only because Nuss is the QB all the wide receivers on the team are lobbying for, but also because he is by far the best QB on the team by a mile.

Watch what Marcus Freeman does. He's already got better recruits than LSU. Or at least just as good. Make sure he started off and number one already. Last year we were number six because of Marcus Freeman. And this year we're going to be in the top five maybe at least in the top 7. I just hate you guys saying that cuz it's just a bunch of crap. • @AnthonyJ504

Time will tell. Fact is Kelley brought ND back to national relevancy. ND has been a joke since Holtz before Kelly arrived. You can hate on Kelly all you want now but the fact remains Kelley is the only reason Freeman has that job or ANYTHING to build from. I didn't hear ANYONE calling for Kelly to go at ND until he decided to leave. Now all the ND fans act as if they couldn't wait for him to leave. Freeman has 1 season under Kelly on his resume at ND. Let's see how he does running the show himself. 1 good class doesn't change anything. It takes multiple years of great classes to get to the upper echelon of CFB. You can say ND being unable to win a natty is something people "made up" all you want but until you prove otherwise like UGA winning it after 40 years, guess what? It's the damn truth. Sometimes truth hurts.
