@@jonathanradut2595 I wish the last two seasons were longer so we could've gotten more scenes of Hope with her Auntie Becks and Uncle Kol/Elijah. Or even some more cameps in Legacies. Honestly, it would've been cool to see the vampires learning from Rebecca/Marcel/Kol- though I don't think Kol would've been allowed on campus- and the whiches train with Freya/Bonnie/Davina- though,the racism Kat Graham put up with, I don't blame her for not reprising her roll. Also, would've been cool to get more cameos from Jeremy and Delena.
Why was this scene deleted, I would’ve loved to see this scene in the show if they had put it
I think they deleted that bc of the river sound it was too loud and we couldn’t hear them well
They shouldn't have deleted it sometimes directors make bad choices
The episodes can only be so long and it wasn't relevant to the plot.
@@shootingcomet082 regardless it is still such a beautiful scene. I love the bond between the both of them. Honestly the most heartfelt scene in the entire VD franchise. Hayley is THE best mother anyone could ask for.

I love the scene between these two but i understand why they didn't put it in because Hope was so excited to see Klaus and I think it would've ruined the tension between Klaus and Hope when they first meet.
Not really. She was super excited. Like we see later on in the show that Hope is a very excited kid who loves her family. But keep in mind that during the scene where they all met, she doesn't remember the family since she was 2 when they last saw her, that's why she got nervous, doesn't mean she wasn't excited
she was probably shy because it was probably kind of overwhelming for her to see them all smiling at her, even she only knew their names
This is honestly one of the most heartfelt scenes in the entire series. I adore young Hope so much. Hayley is an amazing mom. Their relationship is so beautiful! I wish there were more mother-daughter relationships like this on other shows.

I kinda feel like this was deleted because it was the only scene where she knew she was going to meet her father and it would ruin the scene where she does meet klaus cuz when we saw that scene, we thought she wasn’t rlly sure what was going on and we didn’t know if she knew it was her dad

I love that bracelet connection, Kol made it for Davina when they first did magic together in the cemetery, and then Davina gave it for Hope when she was a baby to protect her.❤️

Wow. I wish we would have had more scenes like this where they explain what is going on to a little kid. It's fascinating to think that for Hope, this is all normal. Having powers, a mother with super speed and a family you take along with you everywhere in coffins. She spoke her first words in that situation, drew her first picture, learned colours and numbers. And that her mommy is a vampire and a werewolf at the same time and her daddy is too. That she is a witch and that she has aunts and uncles she has never met but who are always close by. I wonder if she ever peeked into the coffins out of curiosity. Or just her father's. I would have. I also didn't know the part about them always changing locations every couple months for all her live up until then. I don't know if that is still canon after this scene got deleted or if they officially chose the lone house in the woods route, but it would sure be influential on her current character to have been a nomad without a real home for five super defining years.

I don’t know why Julie or the producers or something cut these scenes out they r so amazing and I get that they have a time limit but I’d rather watch something like this than the season finale or season 5

I'm just gonna pretend this scene was never cut off. Also wish they found screen time to share Klaus'werewolf form. He went through A LOT to get this and didn't even changed into a wolf at least one time
little hope went through so much more than what others went at her age, constantly moving around knowing that vampires were after her and her mom, and knowing her family was in a coma or gone, and everyone at the salvatore constantly picked on her for no reason and made her have meltdowns and almost burn the whole woods down.
