Instantly recognised this house and wondered why you re released the clean-up video as I have already watched it, only to find out minutes later that you are back for round 2! It's sad to see after the initial work that the home owner let it get back to this state! Blackberry bushes are nothing compared to the first video thankfully, but geez, buying a mower and not putting oil and petrol in? Does not run on hopes and dreams! You do a great deed, George! That house demands a perfect lawn with the beautiful scenery in the background!!! Lovely solid home deserves regular attention, outside and inside!!! When we had a home I was out nearly every day working in the yard and then I'd go inside and working in my house. It requires constant attention to own a home of any size. You're a good man to help out again. I think you should have them come out and assist you!!! Even with a broken knee I was out in my yard--using a stool to sit on while I pulled weeds or cut flowers, using a cane as I trimmed shrubs. It can be done--my parents and grandparents set that example for me! Any ways, very nice job!!! Thanks for sharing!
That house deserves a new owner. I see they threw out all that trash knowing the brambles would cover it. They could have taken two bags at a time in their car to the dump.
There is the same dog watching you out the window, but not barking as much and we see the kitty more ❤ as it watches you for a while clearing up the area you took the cordyline out of during the last round. I remember you having to cut out those paths and fix the fence by removing the chain link. I’m so happy to know they will have care of their yard going forward, and top marks for the weed spray talk you gave the one lady. You once more tamed this yard, and put it back into maintenance mode, which I hope will not be so hard an effort. Really cool new blade attachment and may it serve you well. I really like the different POV scenes, and seems your new camera works a charm! ✌ To that beast of a Honda you use, great video!!
I think the children were keeping the dog under control this time. There was much less work this time around, most of the rubbish and long time mess was gone, so much easier 🙂
Wasn't this an inherited property and the lady had a teenage special needs child or children? Some people are just at a total loss as of what/how to do yard work. Just like a fish out of water grappling, then feeling overwhelmed, anxious and out of breath. So glad you checked on this one again George, and have made a plan to help them keep it up. The Privet, Fuschia and Abelia have grown back fabulous and lush from the hard prune you gave them last year 😍. The dreaded blackberries came back…ugh 😵💫 so good that you wiped them down to the ground. You are receiving major karma points for beautifying this property again George 🙌🙌🙌💯💯💯💚💚💚

Then you very patiently explained how to spray and how to use the lawnmower. And in the end you left with a maintenance contract and a big smile, you deserved all the respect! Awesome transformation!!!! It was very kind of you to come to an arrangement to mow once a month. Hopefully, if it's kept up regularly, they will get so used to it that they will keep it up on their own. Also, those shrubs in the front would look nice if trimmed at the bottom to make them look like trees. My sister did that to hers and they look fantastic. Thank you for what you do, the world would be a much better place to live in if more people were as kind and caring as you are.
This is a huge property and knowing you did this before is amazing. I love when you and all the other lawn care professionals on RUclips find all these walkways that are hidden under the overgrown grass. You are a good man George. I am glad they are having you come out more often to keep it in better condition.

Great job as usual but if somebody is too lazy to get rid of the trash I can't imagine they're suddenly going to find the motivation to start looking after the garden. I'd bet that the mowing service is cancelled before it starts.

I am a bit OCD with details on my own yard but I’m sure you could fill a book with tales after all the hundreds of hours you spend salvaging the landscapes of people that have no pride in maintaining their homes. Another commenter mentioned that we all have difficulties at times and need help. This property owner appears to just not give a darn. Please, please keep doing this work as long as you are able. You are an artist and a reminder of standards the world seems to be losing. You inspire me with every video you create.

I commend you doing an exceptional job again on this yard. I mentioned about the garbage buildup on the last video, apparently they can't afford garbage pickup, using their yard as a landfill or maintenance on the house. Wondering how they'll afford you monthly. Didn't they have a disabled son? who couldn't do much, now a daughter is there. Who ever heard of getting a mower and not gas/oil🤔. You're doing the right thing helping them George but I'd hate for you to pay the price, at least YT can pay you.

I commend you doing an exceptional job again on this yard. I mentioned about the garbage buildup on the last video, apparently they can't afford garbage pickup, using their yard as a landfill or maintenance on the house. Wondering how they'll afford you monthly. Didn't they have a disabled son? who couldn't do much, now a daughter is there. Who ever heard of getting a mower and not gas/oil🤔. You're doing the right thing helping them George but I'd hate for you to pay the price, at least YT can pay you.

HAVE YOU SEEN MY UBER PROPERTY?... you filmed a while back?.. anyway you did A LOT.. you are probably the most thorough lawn care professional on youtube... meaning you touch/improve EVERTHING in the yard.. not have almost 2m subscribers makin a fortune but skip half the yard because of poison ivy... and im not puttin much faith in that 'ima pay you once a month'😂.... you dethatch that yard.. you would need a 2 1/2 ton dump truck to take all the dead grass away.... 5star job... you are one of the best

How much do you love your new toy? I have seen you struggle to remove black berries/brambles so many times finally you can do so with a bit more ease hopefully, well at least it looked easier 😅 good on you for going back to them and working out a future plan with them you are an amazing human being I wish there were more people like you are around.
