Thier combat efficiency test sounds pretty challenging! I'm in the Marines and we have a thing called the CFT which stands for Combat Fitness Test and that is challenging in it's own way. I'd like to attempt this fitness test myself one of these days.

Pullupps 975(in one go with out leaving the bar or touching the gr) 3. Sit ups 2240(30minutes) 1245(15 minutes) 4. CET/CFT(as shown in the vedio is 43sec complete this 165m distance with 11 obstacles and hitting all 5 bullets at range of 25 meters) 5. Running record is of South Africa (2miles/3200meter in 8.58 minutes) Remember that one player participate in one event will complete all these events and then the combine nmbrs of individual will be added in team marks.
