Excuse me but During a 5-minute break, it's generally more beneficial to engage in activities that refresh your mind and reduce stress, such as stretching, deep breathing, soft training, or taking a short walk. If you are using the pomodoro technique I'll highly suggest you do a dopamine free break I personally just read a bit or stare at a wall for 5 minutes straight.
