Knowing metronomes do this is a new discovery that helps me link whole groups of puzzle pieces that I didn’t know could connect, before now. I can feel the presence of each metronome attempting to sync with another. Like if you vaguely understand.
Because they are not really holding their speed. Because of the movable platform on cans the resonance drags or pushes these mechanical metronomes until they are completely in harmony. This would not work with digital metronomes.
