    Today we are going to go over a series of anti rotational exercises for explosive rotational power and core strength lacrosse coaches can use.

    What is the most important muscle in lacrosse? The Glute. THE KING OF THE LACROSSE SHOT IS YOUR GLUTES. All good players push through the ground and really fire their glutes, their hips and their glutes when they shoot.
    The queen of lacrosse are your abs. I know when people hear core they think abs. Abs is part of it but being able to stabilize our body and control it while we’re running full speed is super important.

      Well, not necessarily. But if you are that is amazing. I was just laughing that you were coach Kelly and you had one of your players Patrick, which is the name of coach Kelly's son who went on to play D1 for the University of North Carolina. I love your vids and they have helped me so much thank you.
