5 years the system failed this man as a child i herd feltham was bad real bad funny how other courts dont give out 5 for 1st offence so 2 speak
Remember he did say he absconded In jail at 15 and done steaming during that time. However the system definitely failed him. I can imagine at 18 there was no sort of support provided to him in terms of housing, employment, life skills etc
