The fact that they had to give God Rugal Akuma's moves (the teleport and even his signature super) and Akuma has none of Rugal's explains who's better and who needs the help. Akuma is supreme!

well god rugal has those moves because he stole the satsui no hadou from akuma. if you play KoF there is one of the multiple endings where Rugal beats akuma and takes his satsui no hadou and he becomes God Rugal when he does that he learns those moves. Then again akuma doesnt really die, thats when shin gouki awakens :U if you play the game right

This God Rugal is the secret boss in capcom vs SNK 2. Obiously he has the akumas moves because he got fusion with akuma.

i remember before i deleted my MUGEN setup like the idiot i am, i found a God Rugal which was basically the CPU non-playable version of GR from CVS2 except even better because in addition to all the cheap bullshit about him already, the person who made it gave him the abilities of several grooves without the weaknesses, like he could roll, evade, double jump, super jump, his genocide cutter had priority over basically everything else, if i recall his stupid full screen unblockable grab move could charge through fireballs without getting interrupted, etc etc. i also had an equally buffed shin akuma who i preferred just because he had that falling elbow super looks so damn cool

Cada um é uma versão melhorada de si mesmo ainda mais com a combinação de pôder entre um e outro Shin gouke com os poderes do Rugal e God Rugal com os poderes do gouke. Qualquer um pode ganhar essa briga .

A very nice Shin Akuma with great sprite edits, that stay faithful to the character.
I just find it wierd that when he does the *Shun Goku Satsu* the Shin Akuma kanji appears on his back, *滅* radiates above him, and *天* appears in the background
Now if this Akuma found its way in SFV or SFVI, Daigo would have no hope in hell with Guile.

El mejor gameplay de su tipo.
I had a Akuma who's raging demon was a heat seeker and followed you air and ground until it connected, then it killed you no matter what. Match would of been over in 12 seconds. Only other character who had a chance was Geese, but Akuma would easily beat him. Man I miss MUGEN

THERE'S NO WAY FOR RUGAL OR GOD RUGAL (who is NON CANON and made by capcom and had akuma teleports) to survive against AKUMA/GOUKI, less if it´s shin akuma cause evil characters can´t stand a chance against akuma and shun goku satsu, which is a teleport move, and which makes the evil people die 1000 times because of their SINS, and RUGAL, GEESE, have many sins. Even Orochi would die.

Rugal muere en KOF 2002 por la explosión de su nave, mientras que en SFIII Akuma destruye un buque de guerra y un submarino a patadas. Yo creo que hasta M.Bison podría darle bastante pelea a Rugal si lleva el poder del Psycho-Power al máximo.
Cecelic Saucedo lo siento amigo deberias informarte un poco Rugal muere en el kof 95 el kof 2002 no es canonico , y otra cosa segun God rugal o ultimate Rugal esta a la par con Shin gouki (akuma) ambos en ese estado son igual de fuertes

Rugal si muere en el '95 por usar en exceso el poder de Orochi que Goenitz le dio (y le advirtió que no lo usara al máximo. Mature y Vice eran encargadas de vigilarlo)..
Respecto a God (inglés) / Ultimate (japonés) Rugal contra Shin Akuma/Gouki sus boss battle del Capcom vs SNK 2 revelan lo mismo. por eso los chars de Mugen de Shin Gouki y God/Ultimate Rugal respetan esas dos historias y battle boss originales del crossover:
1.- Si es Rugal, absorbe el Satsui no Hado de Gouki normal (estado base), lo que permite que Rugal pueda usar el Ashura Senku, una variación del Hyakkishu con Zanku Hadoken juntos y el letal Shun Goku Satstu de 15 golpes.
2.- Si es Gouki es lo mismo, absorbe el poder de Orochi de Rugal para tener un poder que alcanza parte de la divinidad (Orochi es dios, hijo de Gaia --Madre Naturaleza--). Por eso se convierte en Shin Gouki (o el "Verdadero Gran Demonio"), cuyo kanji en la espalda tras el ahora "Shin Shun Goku Satsu" de 35 golpes es el "Kamihito" o "Semidios" debido a que tiene el poder Orochi. Asume también una personalidad arrogante como el mismo Orochi, ya que el poder del cielo (Orochi) y los demonios (Satsui no Hado) permanecen en sus puños.
Los endings son los mismos y casi homenajes:
1.- Rugal no puede controlar el Satsui no Hado y muere (así como no controla el Orochi en el '95 y en el dreamatch del 2002), reencarnado Gouki en él tras la explosión. Gouki se va y dice que oscuridad y luz no son nada, que él sigue siendo el amo del puño.
2.- Gouki es atrapado en un torbellino que Orochi crea, diciéndole que jamás podrá controlar el poder divino. Desaparece y no se le ve más.
en Rugal y Gouki, se les dice que jamás podrán controlar al mismo tiempo el Satsui no Hado y el Orochi Power. FIN.
Y Cecelic, Bison tampoco puede controlar el Psycho Power al máximo nivel. En SF alpha 3 después que Sakura saca del control mental a Ryu, éste lo vence con un Shin Shoryuken y Bison se da cuenta que el exceso de poder utilizado en manipular a Ryu, más pelear al mismo tiempo contra Sakura, Sagat y Ken (que buscaban rescatar a Ryu) y la máquina de Psycho Power en el punto 48601 de Tailandia donde explota por intervención de Chun-Li, terminan pasándole la cuenta.
EL único que ha podido controlar un poder "casi" al 100% es Ryu controlando el Satsui no Hado, pero bajo el "Mu no Hado", también conocido como "Power of Nothingness" / "El poder de la Nada". Sale en la misma película de IV los lazos que unen y en su pelea contra Bison y Necalli en el V para el modo historia. Realmente te falta saber más de la historia.
Ah, y Cecelic Saucedo: las destrucciones de Gouki las hace como "SHIN" (verdadera forma) o como "ONI" (ogro). No en su estado base. Eso implica que Ryu posiblemente esté alcanzándolo en poderes sin el Satsui no Hado, lo que es una amenaza clara para su propósito (que Ryu se someta al poder oscuro del Ansatsuken).
Rugal aa como decirlo es arrogante y creido y tiene sus puntos fuertes pero gouki y su tecnicas del shin shun goku satsu es infalible
