As far as abandoning adult monkeys aggressive or not, that happens here in the USA too. There’s a monkey rescue in Kentucky, USA. I hope these pet monkey owners take the responsibility and commit to caring for their monkeys. If they don’t want to care for them when they are big, I hope they contact a monkey rescue or sanctuary where they are cared for properly. I’ve just started learning about monkeys as pets. While they are cutes as babies, they can become aggressive as adults. They don’t make good pets because of this. There are other reasons to not have them as pets too. But, abandoning them is never the answer.
