Great views & finishes etc but $5.25 million + $21K property tax + $4.6K monthly maintenance is frankly too much. At this price point this is a jaw dropping home in many parts of Toronto that would put this too shame. I’d be interested in hearing the rationale of someone purchasing this over a custom home etc
aww i remember this house. i guess people didn't like the owner's colorful furniture, so they had to hire a mute stager. nothing wrong with the staging. the furniture is very pretty, just sad people can't appreciate bright colors, or look pass it when looking to buy a house.
