He’s only doing $8.80 bet on the 10 cents denom, but $500 is the price of buying the bonus without actually playing to get the bonus. 500 is not the bet size, it says that, but it’s not. If you ever play online casinos, a lot of games you can buy a bonus, but it shows you the actual bet size.

It's so ridiculous that on a $500 bet you get coins during the bonus for $2.80, $3.80 and $8.80.
