Imagine if they had used a modern camera, instead of one from a recycled Nokia from the early 2000's
except that doesn't have a 360 degrees view and does not work submerged
The camera is fine. You just need to increase the quality to 2k. A 360 video accounts for, gasp, 360 degrees, which is far more than an ordinary video. The quality is going to be like a quarter of what you're used to. It has literally nothing to do with the camera

The microphone on the camera captured the splashing water...and nothing else. It dove. It moved forward. All I heard was water; no ballast pumps, no prop sounds. Cool.
I've seen capsized boats more exciting than this.

$10 million? That would be a steal. These projects run $100 mil plus easily. F22s ended up averaging 350 mil a piece. The first ones were more than that.

I wonder if it is autonomous? If not how does it communicate with command without surfacing? Of course we can't see it's propulsion system, whether it drags an ultra low frequency antenna behind it, let alone and performance capabilities.
Reading 'Sekret Machines' and they're talking about the tr3b and how it works. Not to think of time and space as separate entities. Then they unleash this rust bucket like whaaaa why? For conventional reasons makes sense.
Visually speaking, this is one of the least interesting interesting videos in the history of internet.

What type of armaments will it carry and deploy if any? or simply a spy and monitoring craft?
I saw them testing this out off the shores of Cardiff a little over a week ago. Was trying to figure out what the heck was in the water, now I know.
Some overhead footage of the complete vehicle maneuvering by itself would have sold me that this is real. As it stands, it could be a dummy vehicle being pushed by a guy on a jet ski. This thing could be a total psyop meant to unsettle the Chinese and Russians.

WOW, that was a nice nap.
Seems like they were having pitch/depth control issues with the autopilot. The vehicle kept coming back to the surface after each brief dive. More interesting when NUWC did their Manta Test Vehicle runs 15 years earlier.

My favorite part is that a Child designed it and although there's efficiency possibility through buoyancy locomotion like a hot air balloon it's just far too simple to make a better one in fact just look up the 4 RUclipsrs that had already surpassed you years ago with a solar panel rc plane electronics and cheap fiberglass mold or plastic storage containers it's not too late to fix this one it just needs to be skinned and wired in panels adding lightweight guidance packages dual for redundancy and a modular cargo hold / attachment point for belly carry airplanes already have great efficiency just need to design for saltwater and pressures and swap jet engines for same size ducted water turbine propulsion but anyways we already know copying nature means it's not a new discovery just a reuse of already efficient design so then just add more sensors computer graphing software and information ping packets over pre encrypted block chain maybe an information ℹ️ tag in case people think they found a spaceship 🚀 to steal and drag home lol remember when the towed off course sailboat was suddenly released in fear of the navy showing up surprisingly quick :)

Remember to scroll around in the video. It's a 360 video so you have to use your mouse, if at a computer or your finger, if on a cell phone to move the video around. Then you get the whole video. Otherwise, you're looking at nothing or a boat the whole time.

This doesn't look very effective...the operator can't see the target underwater. Therefore you have to surface to get a visual exposing a giant robotic "manta" splashing in the water lol...
I see failures on the horizon. The drone boats are at least agile and a much smaller target compared to this giant target 🎯
