The F4U-1A is such a great plane in this game and has always been one of my favorites. I thought it would be fun to revisit this aircraft with Ham & Stick.

Speaking of 65, I just had a brilliant idea for an aircraft video: The Ba.65 in the Italian tech tree.
With that intro clip, I was 100% expecting Bo to belly-flop & crash.
Given how things usually go wrong with planes and the TBLF crew.
I face palmed when the P38 joined in

I love how you guys are at the point where you don’t even need to coordinate in-game, you can just talk about literally anything and slay your enemies in the meantime

As a child in my motherland, mes amis, I read the memoirs of a chap who was a combat pilote of one of these in WWII. He claimed that the Flight Manual stated that the glide-characteristics were SO poor, that if the engine stopped, you should bail-out (if high enough) ... OR 'Whistle A Happy Tune and Kiss Your Ass Goodbye '! ... because a 'dead-stick’ landing was very iffy.

Dude, a wonderful show as always! Would you ever consider doing a short series on aerial combat tactics? I always learn a thing or two watching your stuff, but I really want to do better with my dogfights. If nothing else, are there any resources or good books you’d recommend?

The Corsair series are probably my second favourite series of aircraft (after the spits), completely fallen for the 1C and the 4B though for those 20mms.

I recently came back to the game after losing my pc back in 2014 and I dropped all the lions I had to rush getting this plane. AND it had just been lowered down to BR 3.0 so I was lucky. I was disappointed at first when I realized it wasn’t the F4U that carried all the rockets it’s the French version, BUT this plane is such a beast and so fun to fly. And at its BR it has amazing capability as well as one of the higher lions and research earning planes too.
Edit: also I just started using ground target ammo for air battles and it actually works VERY well for quick kills. Still experimenting but I think it’s superior.

Awesome video on the corsair, was wondering if you could try the KI-43 iii otsu it's 4.0 it has 2x20s, no armor protection, but great climbrate, speed, turning.. but if you get hit.. pretty much you're dead and just don't know it yet

The reason why we go for Stickboy first is because we need a stick to put the ham on. Then we use boo as our camp fire.

am I the only where they we're close formation in the beginning, was thinking of a new hope, "you're too close! loosen up!" also just think that's how close most stunt groups get.

I love this plane
it's funny to think about that if this was real, TBLF would be famous for their kill credibility, as seen in the first match. But that all would go out the window because they'd all be court marshalled within seconds of taking off due to their "unique" formation flying techniques.

Did you notice the p61 that crashed into the p51 had the exact same name, but different clans

You should play the F4U 1C, the 20 mms can act as a reverse gear on ground and act like a air brake in the sky
