I'm not really supportive of iphones and I'm a android guy but still xs max is the only iPhone I would actually recommend despite it being around 6 years old,the iPhone is affordable, has really good camera,has really good performance and is still in date with the latest ios
i have been using androids for years, i recently found an old broken screen shitty battery iphone 7 and i have never ever used a faster better phone, im getting an phone for next phone

I use the Xs Max still with iOS 15. It’s great to see the other iOS users struggling with iOS 16 and sometimes with iOS 17

Same here. But I’m getting a 14 Pro max in a few days. My battery in XS max is so degraded and Airpods Pro 2 is not really working properly in phone calls of my XS Max.

Ignore the haters, if YOU are happy with the 10S, then keep using it. Besides if you ask me, Promotion is something you would get used to right away, it's not a drastic change to go from 120 fps to 30 or whatever and that's coming from someone who can see the diffrence. 3D Touch on the other hand is an actually useful feature that can have an effect when it's not there. If you told me the iPhone 15 had 3D touch I could tell you right away that it dose not, while you could say that the iPhone 12 Pro has promotion and if I did not know any better I would think it did have it. Pleas don't buy (no pun intended) into consumerism and just be happy with what you have. ALSO THE XS STILL GETS THE LATEST IOS WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT"S OUT OF DATE!? 2:07 I know that was a joke but that drove me crazy, it's only early 5 years old its still plenty new if you ask me.
How is it old and obsolete? That’s a question for the haters because I genuinely do not feel that way about the phone. For many tech enthusiasts, if a device is over a year old, then it simply becomes dead to them.

Despite being at 80% health, my phone is always next to a charger at my desk or charging in the car when I use CarPlay. I’m on 17.5.1 as I write this comment. Can’t complain considering my lifestyle.

I switched back from 15 Promax to Xs I think it’s jut the same function if your just a normal user like Fb, RUclips, messenger. So far I’m enjoying it like 15 promax😊
Ironically exactly a year ago I got my 11 pro max warranty replacement from apple. It’s been a great phone but now I want a 13 pro max for the 120hz screen.

Yeah I still using xs max in 2024. just bought z fold 5 yesterday. But I'm not that happy using z fold 5. touchscreen is not as smooth as iphone. I can't find a way to make z fold open image and slide to next image in order of name instead of date modified.

I'm looking at switching back over to iPhone from android just simply due to airdrop existing and was looking at the iPhone 15 pro or iPhone XS due to size and typing accurately on the keyboard. This is my favorite iPhone ever made next to the standard 12. I was thinking of switching to this from my 13 pro max because it has severe accidental touch issues and it’s still too expensive for me. I was looking for a decent iPhone in the 200-300 dollar price range that’s still somewhat premium

The phone speaker went bad on my XS Max last week so I got a 14. I’ll keep the XS as wifi backup just in case. It has been a great phone.

i love my iphone 12 pro max and probably won't upgrade in like 4 to 5 years the battery is still great and camera is still just amazing and the screen holds still and I don't mind the notch at all.
Last month I upgraded from the iPhone 6s to the iPhone XR

I have been using xs max 512 gb over than 5 years. I bought it August 2018. It’s a really good looking phone actually design is timeless. But I decided to get 15 pro max 256gb, because of usb-c, and battery life. I think iPhone 15 pro max also is going to last 6-7 years. Yeah I do miss the 3d touch. As an Adhd person I used the live wallpaper making move as I press like a dj, I can’t imagine something this like addicting and satisfying. It was like a fidget spinner but on phones. Other than that very reliable phone. Nothing is wrong with the hardware. I’m still using for my second phone as a back and as a ssd. Battery health is still %79 percent considering using this phone actively over than 5 years. It is impressive. I think this is the new iPhone 6s among the all iPhone users who are not likely to change their phones so often.
