As an expert, I can tell you, when meditating, there are some tricks. You may try making yourself walk into a fully white room with white walls, and every time your focus leaves, go back to the focus on a white wall. Another trick is to go in the dark and simply one lit candle. When drawn away, just go back to looking at the candle. All thoughts and songs and conversations will play through in about 5 minutes total. Then you will run out of distractions. Tada. Give it a shot….nooooooooo noises. (Not REALLY walking into a white room, just mentally). Sometimes, you may get lucky and your spirit guide may show up. Mine is a Moses looking character. Some find animals, plants, bugs, who knows. In order to remember the peace felt, Center the experience by touching your pinky to your thumb. Thank you thank you for the prayers we certainly need it here in the upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina which we border. I live in Greenville South Carolina which is in the upstate and we have been without electricity for since 6:30 Friday morning. There were apparently 1.7 million homes in my Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina that had no electricity or cable internet originally. We now have approximately 1 million homes still affected with no electricity or cable internet. At least my area around my senior apartment building was not flooded we sit on high ground but lots of other places were flooded a lot of people were left without their homes and belongings which I know that feeling since I lost everything I had when I lived in New Orleans when hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 so I can sympathize with everyone who has lost everything they have and have worked their whole lives for. I'm keeping everyone in my prayers who were affected and those family members who were affected throughout the United States that Helene affected.
