I love Rosie so much, but she looks exhausted and low energy. Her APT was good, but her exhaustion is evident in Last Christmas. For those not familiar with her, like the Western Market, this would be their first exposure to her - and the Last Christmas cover was not giving her abilities justice. And they might get turned off. I hope she gets to rest and recover because her album is just about to drop and she has more promotion she needs to do.
@@bidyosko well it might be true that she wasn't completely healthy here but I think Last Christmas is just a song that doesn't really have a lot of potential to shine with it as a cover. I still enjoyed it since I'm so tired of the original.
@ yeah but i remember her singing this with the rest of the Pinks and there’s a difference in the sound. Our girl may be overworking herself lately, and with the travel and weather changes, I hope she takes care of herself and gets some rest. In her interviews she does admit to being a workaholic and not knowing how to rest. It wasn’t that is was bad - it’s just that we know she can do more and be more mesmerizing even with very simple songs. You can sense her really struggling with her throat here

@@sickguylove698 Even with a sore throat, her pitch, tone and timbre here are exceptional. As in any live delivery, there're some very nuanced imperfections which actually makes her rendition even more compelling. Therefore, she makes this song her own with an extremely good live performance.
