I'm kind of 5 months late, but I have a question because I'm going next year in the summer! After the tour, when you get to the shop, are a lot of the items sold out? Like different sizes in robes and sweaters and stuff? Because I am so scared of not being able to get my robe :')
They do have a lot of sizes available, as I'm sure most people would love to grab a school outfit. You can always check with them when you arrive and they can advise. Not something I would be able to advise I'm afraid

Tickets have to be pre-booked in order to enter. You won't be able to enter the tour without one

They do! However by the time I had visited there, it was very busy with visitors
