15.03: Quick Curl Barbie - the hair is meant to be weird and wiry so you could style her, but it doesn’t age well. 15.11: Looks like Malbu Barbie (but she’s a bit close to the camera so I'm not 100% sure) 15.24: Betty/Tong doll The others are vintage clone dolls from the 70s and 80s. The dress at 17:31 belongs to Quick Curl Barbie. And some of those older clothing pieces are pretty special and valuable.
Great video! For the glue or greasy hair dolls. I use a Roma Laundry Detergent which is very popular in Mexico 🇲🇽, and I have been using it with some of my Barbies and specially with my MH dolls that had a lot of glue in their head and hair, it also removed some of the yellow parts in the doll heads due to the glue and time 🤷🏻♂️. You have to set your doll with a scoop of Roma Powder and a bit of water and brush like you were doing the regular doll wash and let her over a entire day in that water with Roma Powder and the next day wash it with Shampoo and your conditioner and do the boil wash if you do so 🤷🏻♂️. I tried that with most of my dolls recently and their hair look so pretty 😍. Specially my OG Rochelle Goyle and Haunt the Casbah Frankie 😍.
Oh my goodness, thank you so much for the information. I will get some of that Roma Powder and use it and see if I can get my vintage beauties back on track. 💕💕💕💕
@@MamaDollBoss Yourwelcome ☺️😉☺️! I haven’t tried it with vintage Barbies cause I don’t own any one but you can try it on just one that you don’t like that much cause the plastic might be so different compared to the one that is used nowadays 🤷🏻♂️. But you can also go and watch a video of Barbienation, he did an entire video of removing glue and stains on a doll. He used a different powder detergent but the same process 😉.
