For those who haven't figured out the snowman, you have to click on the arm that the carrot is pointing to.

🥕Anyone confused with the snowman, you just click the hand that corresponds to the position that the carrot is pointing towards . So say it’s like this 🥕 you’d click left branch. Do that until the hands come up and than go by the buttons on his chest. They move to the sides you need to click. The pattern shown in this video isn’t what you need to follow. Just follow the carrot in your game :) hope that helps! Good luck 👍🏻

Sorry but I have to report a glitch in this chapter: when I have to use the snow globe on the tree branch to get it to fall (so that it can be used on the snow man) the branch just doesn’t move, no matter what. I’ve been stuck in this chapter for hours, I thought I was missing an item or doing something wrong, but by checking your video I realize that’s not the case. How can I solve this?
I had to restart the chapter, this solved the glitch: the branch finally fell from the tree and I was able to complete the snowman. :)

Didn’t work for me neither
I knew it. We had to return the snow globe back to the place we got it. It gains more power with 2 plugged in diamonds. Then the bigger snows could break the branch.

The snowman is by far the most difficult puzzle up to this chapter (yet to play the rest), now when I read the comments I figured out what needed to be done.

Navigating from one area to the other gets very tiresome. May I suggest you implement a quick navigation feature in the next instalment? For example, a minimap with which you can 'teleport' directly to the desired area.
They did that to Cube Escape: The mill and everyone hated it lol
Why is everyone saying the snowman thing was impossible to figure out and that the devs were being unfair? I get that it's confusing, but they've done similar things in their other games to the point where I actually found that puzzle one of the easier ones. No disrespect, just legitimate confusion.

The snowglobe will not break the twig off for me. Small snowballs bounce it and that's all.
Put the snow globe back on the stand, then it gets the power of 2 gems. After that the snowballs will be stronger and will break the twig.
Snowman Problem: The first 2 steps have the right position but when u do the 3rd step the position is different
Follow the nose :)
How does the sister ice skating work? Cuz even after keeping the stones in the right place, the ice doesn't crack.

Guys, DON'T follow the Snowman Puzzle in the video, it's not working.
You have to follow the snowman's nose in the game, not the order in the video. Click the arm the nose is pointing and you should solve it. This is the way that worked for me.
I used the strawberries and pistachio at the same time and now i have to reset my game becuase the uncle isnt giving me his hat. please fix this glitch 😭
I did the same but if you put ice again the second time, you would get a different icecream

Good afternoon, I have not been able to complete the task with the snowman for several days, I do everything as in the video, but my hands do not appear. What to do?

Seems im having a glitch with the fish in the lake. I keep putting the stones in the spot on this video and she always just skates off, never comes back and after trying to exit out and come back the stones just disappear! Anyone know how to fix this?

There’s a problem, in my game, I don’t have a frozen man, I have the sister of the character and she is ice skating but I don’t understand what I have to do

you have to follow the direction of wherever its nose is pointing. Pointing to the left, click left arm, pointing to the right, click right arm

It's likely randomized so the pattern changes. Follow the direction of the snowman's nose in your game. If the nose points left click the left arm, if it points right click the right arm.
when i click on pot it won't break not even a single one, what to do?

Oh my goodness the iceskating is not working and i done cracked these thongs multiple times and i get nothing!
