This band is so fucking amazing!!! They are a hell of a lot better than the crap you hear nowadays. I don't know what it is, but it's definitely that blues sounding influence that Jack and Meg add brilliantly to this band. :)
Sweat drippin, lip licking....yeah this is a GREAT one! Love me some Jack White. I love how the tune gets heavy at the "I thought this was just today...." and then gets slower. Love this version!! Still like the slow one also though. Just a nice variation. Jack, you're my hero.
jack rarely plays a song the same way twice... any time you see a white stripes song live its slightly different... sometimes he even has songs that he switches from guitar to organ depending on his mood...
Am I nuts or is Meg playing a step too fast? I thought that would be the reason for Jack to go over there so can focus on getting in time, because to me, she's a half step ahead of him. There is a telling sign where he stops playing guitar and picks it up again to sync up with her. I think that's what that mic is really for, haha.
