Ummm, You should probably just go ahead and prewire this from the factory.. Lol

This is a monster of a task for a simple light install. I was shocked at the time and effort it took to remove the panels required for this install. The Pro R4 front seats DO NOT come out like that--no easy way around removing those puppies. Not a fun task at all.
Polaris-- you should run some switch/junction boxes from the factory for easy upgrades---psst, you may even sell more stuffs!! :)

You're not lying. That was needlessly difficult.

Far from difficult. You are just removing/installing paneling 90% of the time

WHY IN THE FUK IS IT NOT JUST INSTALLED FROM FACTORY!!! I ordered almost every option available, now I have to spend all this time taking machine apart or some incompetent part time working on it....

I just wired up some LED whips and it was a huge pain to run wire from the pulse bar in the front all the way to the back. There should be two pulse bars in the front. A “hot” one like there is now and one that’s pre-wired to another pulse bar in the rear that we can either jumper directly to the hot one or to a switch to get power in the back.

Pretty disappointing at the price point these are at, they don’t have a modular chassis harness that then allows you to simply plug and play all accessories.
Biggest let down of my pro xp, needs to come apart for EVERY accessory I add.
    MAKE THE CHASSIS HARNESS EXPANDABLE.

Cool, now how does one integrate turn signals? Or is that only on the rigid (non Polaris branded) light?

Do you have a part# for the wiring harness?

Big disappointment! I thought I was buying the Ridgid Chase light. I feel cheated and deceived. the Polaris branded Rigid chase light dos does not have the program function for the 2 extra inputs like the one you would buy from Rigid. One of the unuse wires will fire the bright white light but is not programable. Why did they not use the rigid standard setup and just add the connector (the wires are there)? This is why I bought the light in the first place I wanted it for turn signals and Brake. Only Brake and the power on functions are supported. I spent an extra day of my time to wire the 2 extra inputs for nothing.

How about just zip tying the wires to the frame. Period. This just looks like way to much work just to make it pretty.
