As a retired person who has suffered from insomnia all his life and having to take sleeping pills for years, I wonder what narcolepsy would be like.
On the other hand, my sister recently had a problem where she would pass out. She was terrified it would happen while she was driving. She later found that her heart was skipping beats and had to get a pacemaker.
My mom had horrible insomnia her entire life, but I always considered myself lucky that I could fall asleep within a couple minutes and stay asleep through the night. That has been a significant change during the pandemic and now I don't know how my mom functioned all those years.
I'd rather have developed insomnia than risk falling asleep randomly, though. I can't comprehend how scary that must be in the moment.

Narcolepsy is a serious condition from which you do not simply recover. I was diagnosed with narcolepsy 15 years ago and even with treatment is has completely dominated the course of my life. It is a genuine disability for many, and people with it face a tremendous amount of skepticism and prejudice. Glib comments on chat shows certainly don’t help that perception.
I know it's too late now, but how about a disclaimer or warning before you show a clip of a haunted seizurific apartment next time, please. Lmao

Well alert every baby across the world and almost all adults, we have a narcolepsy pandemy happening for decades now and didn't even know it. Anyone know what the condition is called when you smell food and almost immediately thereafter begin feeling hunger?

Okay, but then she found out it was draining through a light fixture. I'm glad she drained it rather then get in and possibly be electrocuted. Also not everywhere is having a water shortage.

Also listen to the interview again she drained is coz the water was cold not coz there was leakage indicating this behaviour isn’t one time thing and that indicates she wastes water a lot
