What you'll need:
1/2 K ground beef
1 K popcorn pork
fresh casing
Pork back fat
little brown sugar
peppercorns
500 ml del Monte vinegar
rock salt
2 big softdrink bottles (empty)
oil / canola oil
kitchen twine to tie up

I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. RUclips starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves as well.

Nancy R's cooking and personality have always been a treat, a joyful, rewarding experience. I've never forgotten our food tasting experience (Kanduli on West Ave, circa 1981).
I can't compare her passion to anybody but the way I see you guys cooking brings up lot of childhood memories. Anyway, I can't wait to try this homemade longganisa. cheers!
Have her on the show more often!! When I make longganisa I put water first then let it fry in its own oil instead of using extra oil at the beginning. 👨🍳👍😊

Longganisa. My Fave Breaky together with tomato and egg, garlic rice. Achara on the side is good too. Sometimes we travel to malolos, vigan and lucban to buy their best longga.

There are some gaps on the video that I've missed a few steps (i.e.: how she separated or tied the longanisa when the casing were filled; I assume it was vinegar that was added to the "tapa" before the "patis" and "toyo"?). Otherwise, thanks for sharing the recipes.

What was the beef tapa recipe? Looks like they added 3 ingredients, but only 2 were mentioned (patis and soy sauce).

Most of Koreans loves the strong smell and taste food specially garlicky taste
