Called it. I did notice that the MC was getting more and more shown of their body and guessed that their face reveal would be a huge plot point, and what better plot twist than making them Sora as well?
I never expected this. I did think the mc was also sora in the last episode but it didnt seem logical. but now i guess i really know nothing. This is truly a spectacular masterpiece.
It actually reveal that there will be two Soras since in the trailer and on the website, Modern Sora and Past Sora were shown. We just only know and met the Past one so some of us have completely forgot about the Modern one. Then BOOM the plot twist happen now and since the Train Station Arc have shown the protagonist body more so yea, can wait to see the end of this arc and what mystery the Soras have hidden to us.
Two Soras! Let's go! All joking aside, now is time to ask, "Why?" Rather, _why_ and _how_ did it happened? It starts in Chapter 6, the beginning of the past era. Shino wishes to have friends and meeting the "transfer student", which we can safely assume is supposedly Shino herself(maybe), acting as a representation of the perfect student to her; Beautiful, smart, and famous with many friends. After the incident shown in Chapter 7, Shino wished that her friends are safe after the accident, and that started HololiveERROR. Shino, now as the transfer student, is relieving her memories as a student in Aogami High School, making friends along the way, and graduating with them. We know that in Chapter 14, it's true and that Shino has already done it once, with Kana, Kanade and two other students. So, why is she doing it again? Sadly, we don't really know. But what we know, is that somethin happened, and the sequence we know in the game/Chapter 4-5 happens; Shino runs away from the truth, and causing the ERROR to be worse. The last time she was leaving the school life was at the start of Chapter 1, where the ERROR got so bad, that Shino is starting to remember the events. It's unclear how many times Shino has done it, but we know it's at least 3 times or more, due to the correlation with the HIganbana/Red Spider Lily shown in Chapter 1 and 5. In truth, Shino is a really shy and introverted person(Aqua, anyone?), and wished to be a perfect student in her school life. But now, her personality is split in 2, with one being in denial without realizing it, and the other trying to face the reality and go back with Nanase and others. And anytime there's an incident happening, be it the School crumbling in Chapter 3, or the glitching/repeating dialogue in Chapter 10, it's Shino starting to remember the truth about herself, and what we see and how she's acting is her trying to escape reality. Another thing to note in Chapter 8, when Shino was wishing for her friends' safety, we hear the transfer student walking towards Shino, and then her bracelet chimes, the same chime we heard in Chapter 6, which seems to signal that Shino got her wish. We can assume that in the game, the bracelet will become an important item to unlock the secret ending, if there are multiple different endings, which I assume it will. Whatever it is, Shino is reliving a Samsara(endless cycle of death and rebirth), and she cannot fully accept it.

Holy!!!! So the strange thing that suisei got a headache whenever she looked at sora and the transfer student was because they arent supposed to exist at the same time? And somehow the people around them didnt recognize the similarities until an "error" occured and the"transfer student" face started showing thus the world around beginning to crumble both in reality and in their mindscape. The earthquake that transfered the students to the spirit world where sora and transfer student exist at the same time was a result of the reality breaking, and hence the rule: "be nice to the transfer student", is implemented as a countermeasure to prevent sora from realizing her past either through the ptsd of bullying or lonliness, and when the rule is broken, the curse of aogami which "infects" everyones reality begins. Its prolly a reference to higurashi, corpse party and another, ooh boi, cant wait for what happens next
Still proccessing some things but I'm looking forward to this chapter. We might find out some things about that year book and those memories. Edit: That took an unexpected turn. I've thought of that possibility ever since the first few chapters, even though I wasn't so sure. I was thinking "It can't be that simple, right?", but now that I look at it, it all makes sense. Aogami High is what was created when Misora made a wish after that incident. The same thing happened on Aogami High. She meets her other self, trying to convince her about going back home together, but she runs away again. It explains those memories and why Akane was acting that way with the transfer student. Then about Kana and Kanade too. It's even showed at the start of most episodes, a Misora in Aogami High's uniform and a Misora with the black one from 19xx LMAO.
Looking at the translation for the next chapter's synopsis in the pinned comment, the implications for this one are pretty dark. Are "Kana-san" and "Kanade-san" real, thus making all we've seen up to this point the fiction it's becoming increasingly clear that the Transfer Student is a caught up in - and has Shino always been the Transfer Student of 20XX, but split into two because of the issues present in the data? Also, what if there's a spot of Dissociative Identity Disorder going on with the Transfer Student?
THE PLOT THICKENS! I kinda had already expected the dual Sora since the demo but I'm glad it's going this way, whenever the game comes out fully I wanna feel this excitement!

But in the game, when Sora plays Hololive Error, there are 3 existences. Sora as playable/MC, Sora as Shino, the Antagonist. Lastly, Sora played the game.😂😂😂

Its probably because part of shinos soul split off and became the MC and went to the future and the other part stayed and became the antagonist we know now

This episode blew my mind. I now need to look back on the rest of the episodes with the fact that we have an actual face and identity for the transfer student.
Even if it wasn't as scary as previous installments, it definitely grasped my interest with the ending. Though I gotta say, making the MC Sora have brown eyes and the vocal, antagonist Sora have blue makes me think of the Debut model Sora had, which had brown eyes, who is now, essentially, voiceless. Current Sora, in the meanwhile, is the voice of the truth. What truth? stay tuned~ Edit: Also noticed, despite the hairpins being in the same spot for both, their hair is mirrored.
All this time I assumed keeping the MC faceless and voiceless was to allow ourselves to self-insert as the MC in the story. How wrong I was. Very, very wrong. Well played. Give the writers a cookie or two from me.
I did expect that MC is Shino all along back in episode 7-8 but still it come quite a twist that I see two of them. Make me wonder which one of them is a ghost or both of them. Can’t wait for the next episode.

今までOPに現代制服バージョンの美空がいるのかが明らかになりましたなぁ。
ココまでくるとなると過去時代の美空が「向き合いなよ」と言っていたことが過去に美空本人がやったあの神社の働きから逃げて今の記憶喪失に近い状態になったのか…
あとなぜ現代から呪いに呑まれてしまった友架が、美空の作った理想の世界について喋れるのか、そこについて考察してみましたが。
やっぱり青上神社の特性が関係してきそうですね。本編ではなにか一つ願いを叶えるたびにナニかを失う描写が描かれていましたが、それで青上町全体に不思議なことが起きる理由になりませんし、過去編で起きていたあの禁止されていた場所の真実あそこも深く関わってきそうでしたな。
いま現時点でわかるのは、過去と現代に現実逃避している美空の両者が会合したことと呪いに掛かっていない二人の謎。そして美空の私はナニもしていない、長い間待っていたという発言、しかし校舎の崩落だったりは一体誰が引き起こしたのでしょうか？そこから導き出されるのは過去と現代をそれぞれつなげる力を持っているものがいるということでしょうか？
自分の考察はこれぐらいしかできないので、皆さんお考察ききたいです！

I did expect that MC is Shino all along back in episode 7-8 but still it come quite a twist that I see two of them. Make me wonder which one of them is a ghost or both of them.
