The glass in the front door is beautiful and those cabinets in the laundry room - also a great use of space. I would store paint cans, miscl decorations, serving ware, etc. in those. The counter tops are gorgeous! And that pool is wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

It has been fun seeing the progression from beginning to end. Loved the large garage. It is so much easier and generally cheaper to add what you want when you build rather that adding or upgrading after the house is built.
Wow! What a beautiful home, appreciate you letting us in. My wife Betty and I will be coming down this summer to begin our search for our new home. My brother-in-law just bought one this week. It would be great after you settle in, to see/hear about what other upgrades you have planned or wish to do. I know you have plantation shutters on the way (such a great look). Considering crown molding/casements? Custom cabinets in closets? Epoxy in the garage, driveway paint? It has to be an exciting time for you. Beautiful house! I can't believe Rusty said that he wouldn't know what to put in those cabinets in the laundry room. 😅 I would use it as a pantry and for kitchen gadgets, which I have a lot of and no place for. I do love all the storage. And I like that you have the cabinets on the front of the island which I have in mine too. Great pool area.
Still a little surprising to me that a "premier" home still has plain old wire rack closet "organization". I know it's an option and you can always have it done later, but...
We didn’t upgrade the closets at the time of the build because we were not sure what we wanted. It’s easy enough to upgrade later once we know what we need.
Exactly. It’s interesting to see a that million dollar Premier home still has the same cheap finishes in it that a standard designer home does. Wire shelving, cheap appliances, no crown molding….etc.
Yes…. It’s beautiful, but I agree with above…. For a $1.3M+ new build, hard to believe so “economically” finished…. Just a sign of how popular TV’s is…
WOW! 😮 That’s is a very blue house. I suppose if you live in the Villages, you want to give people an easy way to find you. Look for the radiant, electric blue, glowing, do not stare directly at it, structure. That’s our house. 💙
I didn't want to be rude, but I did not care for the outside blue on the house. I also didn't like the wire shelving in the big closets, if you're doing all the upgrades why not put in nice wood shelves and custom closet space. Sorry, just my opinion.
Quite a house! Can’t wait to see it when they get it decorated. I was a bit surprised they didn’t have the master bedroom closet customized like the laundry room. I wish you would have shown the yard leading to the back to show how close neighbors will be building around them and how much privacy they’ll have or if they plan landscaping for privacy.
Love the house Ashley and Ray! The extra storage in the utility room is awesome! I noticed they put the soap dish above the corner seat. I don't understand why TV does that. This series of videos on the progress of their new house were very helpful in our planning and estimating for our hopeful purchase of a new home in the Eastport area. I think it would be great if you could follow up with them when they make their Landscaping upgrades. I would be interested in the costs associated with those upgrades when Ray and Ashley figure out what they are going to do WRT the landscape.

Your videos have been the most informing on the villages. Checking if Ray would be willing to do after they have been in their new house a few months, a monthly cost to live in a house that size with a pool. Like you did on the cost of the house he built, one of the best videos for me. I want to know the cost to plan. We are about 2.5 to 3 years away to moving from the midwest to that area. Good job Rusty. Nice house Ray, I'm hoping to build potentially a Warbler next year, I don't think I can swing up into a Sanibel, but certainly would love to. Some of these model's kitchen counter space drive me nuts, gotta have a lot of counter space!

I love the exterior paint color. A nice change from beige. I do not like the pole when you walk in. The birdcage is amazing. This is a fantastic house. $$$$$$$ I would love to have another tour after it is furnished.
It’s a lovely house, but the pot lights in the tray ceiling really destroy the look. Would not be my choice, but they like it and it’s their house. I would have liked to hear from Ashley. I agree, way too much house. These are the first premier homes TV has built in several years if I’m not mistaken. It’s a nice area. I like the bigger lots. I like Moultrie as well.
Way too big for a retirement home. Better to invest that money in the market. Should have discussed all the lots that are not selling. Looks to be a construction zone for quite awhile.

A really Nice new home, 4 car garage, with Pool and Bird Cage. I especially like the Bathroom off the rear patio. Huge Bedrooms, and a Gas Range.

We will be doing some type of closet organizer but are not sure what we want yet. Wanted to get moved in first and then evaluate what we need.

The property to the north south and west is all owned by Leesburg Parks. The property to the east is privately owned.

As far as we know this was the only pool bath option.

The contract price was $1,076,000, we did about $80,000 worth of upgrades to landscaping and such after closing.

Total area under air is 3400. Garage is 1100, Lanai is 733 and birdcage around the pool is 1800. Hope this helps.

Our final price was $1,076,635. We will be a bit over $1.1m after we do some landscaping etc.

About two thirds of the lots have sold, way faster than the last premier neighborhood.
