I don't really like how the song is slowed so much and the pitch is so low for Boney M's voice but other than that the story of Rasputin fits pretty well with Arthur's arc surprisingly. Arthur was a man who would not die that is until in one of the 4 endings he's killed by Micah, someone who was trusted in the Van Der linde gang for the most part. If you don't know anything about the story of Rasputin there is a lot of speculation of what happened exactly to Rasputin and I highly recommend you (nice person who decided to read all of this) watch a few videos about him if you haven't heard of his story.
