If jisoo gets the lines Jennie gets, she'll have way over 50 seconds that is too much for a Lead vocalist IN YG, Big Bang, 2NE1's and IKON's line distributions are the same way. It's just a YG rule. If their songs had more rap like how they did in Whistle and Boombayah, than Jennie wouldn't the vocal lines she's getting now.
