Thank you for this wonderful video. I have been using lag and snap on my forehand for many years. Unfortunately, I have only been able to do it on slow balls where I have time to set up the shot, which is not too often. I will start using your self-feeding drills in the spring when the weather gets warmer outside. Hopefully, I can implement it more frequently. Thanks again for shedding light on this important shot that can help my best stroke.
great video as always...yes..not using my arm is driving me nuts for decades..my arm/elbow stalls and gets stuck which leads to over-rotation of my wrist badly closing the raquet..my arm gets stuck with everything i try...can u do a video of why the arm/elbow stalls and gets stuck..or any visualizations that might help..thks
Good instruction, when you say to turn the forearm up towards the sky with the example of a wristwatch which would then face towards the ground, that would also open up the face of the racket towards the sky, how do we avoid that please?
