Finally,. I have a spare older tablet I have been wanting to do this with. I was going to figure it out when I had some time, but you just saved me a lot of time. Thank so much!
Exactly what I was looking for. Just got Starfield and I wanted to see what the system ran at under the hood. I put in a second graphics card and second monitor but then the game refused to load because of the lower then system spec graphics card used on the second monitor. Wonder if this will do the same thing?
Cool that space desk, just wonder how much different it is against using the connect to wireless screen option in WIN11. Did install it on my Samsung Tablet and had to adjust the resolution, thing can only hack a whopping 30 fps? lol. Going to play around with it a little more . Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the tip. I have a chrome tablet don 't ask me why as I never use it and don't know what processed me to buy it but now it's got a second life :) Can do much more with this as yes system monitor is a great use but make me look at it all the time and why is my CPU getting so hot just editing photo's :) Just looking at system resources it uses and not much taken up and CPU not spiking as I seen some soft ware go nuts as ACDSee if you leave face detection on your CPU usage will stay at 90% while it's open thanks for sharing
Actually works pretty good. Got my old Samsung Tab3 connected and it works pretty well after some troubleshooting. I did have to set a custom resolution in the app, since it did not like 1440x900 (16:10) as the 'native' resolution. The app seems to default to 1280x768 (16:9) and won't accept anything higher so I had to go down to 1024x640. I also had 10-bit pixel format enabled in the AMD driver which was causing the colours on the tablet to be a rainbow. Turned this off and it seems perfect!
Can you please recommend a 1500W PLATINUM rated ATX 3.0 PSU? With electricity so expensive we want a PSU with max efficiency to save on energy bills (platinum better than just gold rated), & as GPUs keep needing more & more power, & these PSUs should last at least 10yrs, a 50% latency above the minimum recommended 1000W for RTX4090 PC seems sensible. I'm open to 1600W if not 1500W. Thanks
I was eager to setup a sensor panel display. I just didn' tlike the idea of having to spend extra on another display but I have a lot of old smart phones laying around which would be perfect for this.
i always have a "Connected. Display Off." Status and dont know how to fix it. i tried it on my windows tablet and i phone. it works for the few times at the begining. but after a few i got this status always. sometimes i have a connection lost message. hope you know how to fix it. pretty annoying.
I've been looking for an app like this for some time but unfortunately, this ones is not for me. It's incompatible with Nvidia's shadowplay/instant replay. Having it enabled displays a black screen on my phone and enabling it during use just causes the phone screen to stop refreshing.
@@BPSCustoms I use already use OBS for recording gameplay but I also have instant replay running in case something unexpected happens when I'm not recording.
👍I watched this one earlier, from a VLC playlist (pre-recorded), which is the way I usually consume content. I have some medical limitations and the playlists keep it simple. You mentioned being a newer channel, so I popped over here, YT, to give a thumb up, share the video & check out your other sensor panel video. - "The Coolest $50 U Can Spend on Your PC" BTW- Nothing actually appeared over you finger when you pointed at 00:45. But, I did find the link in the info below, along with the STL file etc. thanks for that. I really enjoyed both videos. I am a = 'watch with the intention of doing (or teaching someone else)' kind of a viewer. Your instructions, attention to detail and link inclusions would make either of the projects easy, even for a beginner. I also found your multi GPU video, "i can't believe this worked" entertaining. - ruclips.net/video/4Ybaue-qUL8/видео.html. I will be using the share button to share your videos with other YT premium subscribers and checking out more on your channel. Thanks~ 🕹🛠Lisa♿
The problem with turning off the taskbar is it disables it for ALL other monitors. I have 3 monitors that I WANT taskbars on and there's no way to simply disable it for one display individually.
hell, use a 15 dollar Raspberry Pi Zero Version 2 with bluetooth & wifi running linux os then there is not limit on your screen size, if you wanted to do a in case screen you could get a screen that is 12x4 inches, think they even have 16x4. they even have round displays, that would look great using a round sensor display output with a timed swap out data/info using a phone or a tablet is lazy & wasteful. Also this way it could still run when the pc is powered off to do another job, like weather station read out.
This is exactly what im doing, i have my phone propped up on a wireless charger stand. Only charges when de phone is vertically so gotta tinker with aida64
Not sure why you need to download 3rd party software to connect WindowsOS to an android device when that feature is already baked in the WinOS. Great video tho!
I suppose a used android phone or tablet might cost closer to $100 than $50. But still…not bad!

This is very cool, time to dig some older tech lying around and make better use of it! Thanks Brian!
I'am using my old 10 inch tablet like this for couple of months now. Looks awesome and is very helpful.
This is absolutely fantastic!
I think all of the other uses are the best. Great for monitoring work chat while you do chores.
It seems super useful I may have a couple uses for this software already
I'm on the verge of retiring my LG V30, definitely gonna give this a go!
That's an awesome idea. I'll use it for monitoring stats and put the phone inside the PC.
This is cool! I'm gonna use this on my old Samsung tablet.

Awesome thx heaps for the info 👍👍
can you touch the screen on phone to check advance settings?instead cursor
Interesting video thumbs up 👍
thnks! works well on old phone ;p cool almost bought a sensorpanel.
dont know how I missed this first time around but now I have a project for the week
I assume this should also work with a Surface Tablet? Might be able to repurpose my old Surface 4 pro, and an old android phone. Thanks!

I use touch portal for that. You can control nearly everything, customisable, showing infos...
Looks like Apple Store may have the same app or something similar.

Nice piece of software you found
It is really neat
Putting out another useful video - Are you trying to scam the RUclips Algo? Seriously Thanks!
What app PC is this on 6:21??
FYI Samsung tablets can also do this without any additional software.
this works with ipad now too, wireless mode only, no USB support
neat

Ah that's unfortunate. It works great with OBS though maybe you could try that

@@dominiksolski SuperDisplay is similar to this which might be worth a shot if you haven't tried it already.
is there an option to use an old iphone?
There is an iOS version of the app but I did not try it
For AMD, can't you better use AMD link for the system metrics?
You can use whatever you want
Do you think this would work with a jailbroken iphone
There is an iOS version of the app but I did not try it

Pro-Tip If you have you're Windows 8.1 key you don't need to purchase a Windows 10 or 11 key cause your 8.1 key will work.

Anyone familiar with Linux based software that does this, with an Android app?
Don't do this project with a Samsung phone ! OLED screens get burn in ! You need a crappy $10 LCD phone or tablet 👍
Everytime I go to the toilet I take a doogee
Every time? That seems like a lot.
