Still one of the best when I can't sleep. If work starts to get too intense I just put this and a couple others on in my headset and it slows things down internally, I shake it off, and I feel refocused for work.

This is the only ASMR video that I watch over and over and over because it has background music. I wish you could do some more like this. When I am at work, I can work without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. It’s amazing! Please, make more videos with background relaxing music/sounds.
2 and a half years ago I watched this video and it was my first time ever hearing about asmr. This is the first asmr video I watched and I would watch it every night for a month

Still one of the best when I can't sleep. If work starts to get too intense I just put this and a couple others on in my headset and it slows things down internally, I shake it off, and I feel refocused for work.
