top, but I don't really agree with the distribution of points. Wesker may be the most OP villain in the franchise, but you also exaggerate. Saying that he has more physical strength than Tyrants is a bit of a stretch. He may have super strength, but he doesn't casually break concrete walls like Nemesis and Mr.X, or lift vehicles like those two. He's already given Chris long sequences of blows that if it were Nemesis hitting Chris like that, Chris would be dead. Not to mention that Chris "could" briefly go hand-to-hand, now I doubt that Chris would go hand-to-hand with a Tyrant. And you overestimate Wesker's durability too, if he really was more durable than all of these, he wouldn't even need to worry about dodging bullets from handguns.
@yigitgozutok3896 Rico in his prime literally has a powerful weapon called "Eden Spark" which allows Rico to shoot lightning from it, and it definitely gives him the edge over Dempsey and Wesker
