- It’s no great surprise that Eva Sonaike’s house is packed full of patterns and bright colours. “I’m from west Africa and I grew up in Germany, so all these elements are reflected in my home and in my style,” says the textiles and interior designer of the northwest London home she shares with her lawyer husband and two teenage children. “I like homes that feel lived in, that have a story, elements that represent who we are.” Watch the video tour for a masterclass in filling your home with colour and pattern.

I love this home. Everything is so beautiful, warm and well thought out, right from the gentle touch of color in the serene bedroom, to the way all these lovely colors work so well together. It is obvious there is love in this home. And that tiny hint of a German accent rings so true to me. Many years ago my family and l came over from Germany so that is music to my ears. THANK YOU FOR A LOVELY TOUR.
