Smart woman. I always wondered why they have her character & her whole crew speaking Ebonics in every sentence. Now that I see what the orange writers room looks like I see why.
Crush Davis Speaking in “Ebonics” doesn’t equate to being uneducated. It’s a way of talking...nothing more or nothing less than an accent...a way of being. Characters like Tastee are just “being”. There’s nothing didactic about her and the other characters.
