By avoiding flesh, jealousy, and excessive attachment to the material world, we align ourselves with the Supreme. When every breath carries the Guru's name, we stay connected with the divine source, reducing life’s struggles and gaining insight into challenges before they arise. Focus on your inner strengths and sincere prayers, for when your love for the Guru is pure, it dispels all negativity from the mind.❤
