I started 2 years ago and man this Season is becoming my number 1. The idea of it being simpler etc is perfect. The map even feels more bright and sunny which is oddly nice. Overall i think they’re experimenting with this season, seeing how players like it and react to the “OG” style to then consider ideas for future seasons. If so, it shows how much they care about the community. Huge merit.

I’ve been using the original hybrid skin since it came out but oh my god the new hybrid skin is one of the best skins I’ve ever seen. Also that new battle pass emote that remix’s all the other ones is S tier.
I love the fact slurp juices got vaulted. Idk but it just makes the game a bit more chill. And i love the spectra knight. Amazing skin ngl. I just feel sorry for nick eh 30 cause there is no mythics he can kill his fans with in this season.

I don't know how I feel about OG season yet. Guess I'll know once I play it but I'm just not feeling it like all the guys that played it originally. I came in with Chapter 2 and I've liked the changes they made. But I do like the idea of tackling a "new" map. So for me, that's how I'm going at it.

I feel this one a ton. It's not that I particularly dislike the old map, it's just that a lot of the general issues prevalent at the start of the game are gonna be forced back in. You can't even get to 200 hp without lucksacking a chug jug, and it really was amazing how large the map was back then, but how it didn't matter cause half of the lobby dropped tilted towers, which is exactly what's happening again I get the general distaste for Chapter 4 and how it ended, but at least you could DO stuff midgame as opposed to just walking around multiple empty POIs, getting average loot
I'm not an og player but i really love this season and how different it is compared to the last 3 chapters as a whole, it's just way more simplistic and i like that
The OG map has been a real learning curve. I use the environment to my advantage. And the map is very open. But Paradise Palms is great for my play style.
I quit Fortnite for about 3 years as the game got kinda boring but seeing that all the things I love and remember just made me get right back on the game

So I never played OG fortnite since I started playing this game in 2022 chapter 3. I was hyped to see what all the fuss is about. But honestly I don't like this season so far. No cars, no bikes, no augments, the weapons are trash, slow gameplay and I don't know what the heck happened to the shop. I haven't baught the battle pass yet, and I don't think I will this season, it looks underwhelming. I can not see why everyone was hyping this up other than nostalgia. Most boring time I've had with fortnite since I've started playing in chapter 3. Still happy for everyone who really wanted this.
