There's a difference, when off zoom distance is much closer and much slower while ads.when on zoom distance is far and fast.
Turning it in on reduce your recoil by a lot, better aim assist and has wider pov when ads which helps flicks better. The downside is long range visibility. For ipad it's not a problem

Na verdade tem diferença sim, pelo menos eu sinto que quando desativo a sincronização de mira, parece que aumenta a sensibilidade e fica um pouco mais instável a mira, ja da outra forma a sensibilidade fica mais baixa e a mira gruda mais no inimigo

@xKouture yes there is if you have it on things seem farther away, and it lowers recoil but it makes your sensitivity seem low
