Technically in sunwell with BiS gear and past a certain haste threshold your Attacks get so fast it's better just to keep Blood up, but yes, until then twist :P
Dear lord, tbc ret was a mess. can't wait till Ret is finally good in Wrath classic, how people ever played under these conditions is beyond me. "Bring the player, not the class" was definitely the right mindset going forward.
Not a great video. Mentioning Holy Wrath or Hammer of Wrath is a mistake, because there is virtually no reason to ever use an ability with a cast time. Only if you physically can't approach the target due to mechanics. Also wrong about how to open a fight as Ret. You want to judge Crusader, then seal of command, stop attack, and open with a twist. The improved judgment of crusader doesn't just apply to physical attacks.

Hammer of wrath is suck a mana drain most rets never use it
Yep! It's not usefull in general PvE. I used to use it as killing blow for humanoids, when they "run in fear" :D

I played Ret paladin without good internet connection trough tbc, it was torture to hit seal twist
