    If there is no tooth loss due to the disease, but only 1 site of CAL of 6mm, what stage is this? Some say 1 site moves a pt up a stage, but what really makes a patient jump from 2 to 3 when no tooth loss is present? Is it a certain percentage of teeth affected?

    Grade A was said to include those < 0.25 but the image said

      The image (at 4:04) said "=0.20" - not "

      0.25 is the limit while 0.20 was the finding given for the case in the example
